Yes! I actually have another post for next week on this. As a HR professional, I love a good training, but I think in the age of AI, that isn't how people are going to learn best.
AI is a playground. To learn it, you need to experiment. Learn what you find fun about it. Learn what you don't need that fits your use case. I just don't see a long-term future where we can confidently rely on traditional corporate training to bring impact from AI.
I also see your AI project as a case study on this. If we explore on our own, we get so much more out of the process. We make it our own.
I think effective training is going to need to be embedded, supported, and bespoke. The accounting team will have different needs than the creative team. They may even need to learn different ways of getting attuned to their AI partners. And none of that will happen using pre-built, study-as-you-go online modules; there will need to be active play.
